液氧煤油火箭发动机起动故障检测

摘    要:针对液氧煤油发动机试车起动阶段故障检测需要,确定了采用时序模型和非线性回归模型的两种检测方法,提出了检测参数选取的一般性原则并结合液氧煤油发动机特点确定了检测参数,设计了故障检测所需的完整的软、硬件系统。经系统调试和试车同步验证,证明该检测系统能有效检测发动机起动阶段故障,对提高试车可靠性和安全性有重要意义。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of fault detection for LOX/Kerosene rocket engine starting,both detection methods of time sequence model and nonlinear regression model were applied.A general principle for parameter selection was proposed.With consideration of the LOX/Kerosene rocket engine features,the monitored parameters were determined.All the software and hardware for detection system were designed.This detection system was verified to be effective through debugging and engine hot testing.This system is important to engine reliability and safety improvement.
