指式密封泄漏特性的实验研究

摘    要:设计了三组不同间隙的实验件,研究了基本结构指式密封从初始使用到稳定后的泄漏特性.结果表明:指式密封在初始使用时泄漏量较大,而且迟滞较为明显;随着使用时间的增长,密封件能趋于稳定,稳定后"指"之间的间隙对泄漏系数影响比较大;随着压差的增大,泄漏系数先是增加,后趋于定值;在实验转速范围内(<3000 r/rain),转子转速对指式密封泄漏系数影响不大;密封泄漏系数随密封层数的增加而减少.

Abstract:Experimental investigation on leakage characteristics of baseline finger seal had been made.The results show that the flow factor of finger seal at initial static state is high and hysteresis is obvious.With the increase of usage time the flow factor decreases gradually and finally approaches to a steady state.Under this condition,the influence of clearance between fingers of finger seal on flow factor is great;with the increase of pressure drop the flow factor increases at first and gradually reaches to a ...
