中心出气对高位进气旋转盘流动与换热的影响

摘    要:用实验的方法对三种预旋角度(0°、15°、30°)高位进气中心出气的转静系旋转盘附近冷气流动与换热特性进行了研究,中心出气量最大为总流量的10%.实验结果显示:由于中心出气量占总出气量较小时,对转盘表面的平均努赛尔特数影响不大,可以忽略中心出气对换热的影响.中心出气量的增加将导致静盘中心附近压力下降得较快,而转盘转速在不同进气方式情况下对腔内静压的影响各不同.

Abstract:The flow and heat transfer characteristics of a pre-swirl rotor-stator system with three pre-swirl angles(0°,15°and 30°) was analyzed experimentally.The maximum outflow rate from central hole was 10% of total outflow.The experimental results show that,when the central outflow rate is much less than total outflow,it has small effects on average Nu number of rotor surface,without considering the effects of central outflow on heat transfer.An increase of central outflow rate results in quick drop of static pressure near the center of stator.The rotating speed of rotor has different influence on static pressure of stator surface at different pre-swirl nozzles.
