周向前弯叶片对轴流风扇气动声学性能影响

摘    要:通过试验获得低压轴流风扇前弯叶片声压级曲线和设计点1/3倍频程频谱,研究了叶片前弯角对风扇气动噪声的影响.通过数值方法,获得叶轮出口尾迹宽度的分布,分析了叶片前弯角对其影响.结果显示,随着叶片前弯角度的增加,风扇出口尾迹宽度呈现"先减小后增加"的变化特点,导致气动噪声也出现相同的变化规律,其中最低气动噪声出现在前弯6°~8°.气动噪声差异主要发生在300~4 000 Hz.

Abstract:Low pressure axial fan with forward-skewed rotor blade was studied.The relationship between sound pressure level and flow rate and 1/3 octave spectrum at design condition was obtained through aerodynamic noise experiment.The effects of blade forward skew angle on aerodynamic noise were analyzed.The distributions of wake width at outlet of rotors were obtained from simulation.The effects of blade forward skew angle on wake width were also analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of blade forward skew...
