航空涡轮发动机主轴使用寿命实验研究

摘    要:本文论述了航空涡轮发动机主轴损伤换算比的确定方法。根据线性累积疲劳损伤理论和S-N曲线,采用不同寿命主轴的剩余寿命对比试验,可获得飞行换算率A_p。预定安全标准循环寿命除以A_p,就可以获得发动机主轴的使用寿命(小时)。本文进一步介绍了在机动飞行和螺旋载荷掺合作用下目标寿命的确定方法。

Abstract:The method for determining damage. conversion of main shaft of aeroengine is introduced. In accordance with the linear accumulating fatigue damage theory and S-N curve,the standard damage cycles per flight hours,or damage conversion ratio Ap for flight can he obtained from the comparative residual life tests of the shafts with different service life. The main shaft fatigue life tests indicate that even the worst main shaft can resist the standard load cycle, or predicted safe standard cycle life. If it is divided by Ap,the service life (hours) of a main shaft can be determined. Further, the determination method of target service life is provided for general maneuver flight load conbined with spin flight load.
