轴流涡轮基元级静叶稠度对转静干涉的影响

摘    要:对具有不同静叶稠度的轴流涡轮基元级的非定常流动情况进行了数值模拟,考察了静叶稠度对涡轮基元级转子的非定常势干涉、静叶尾迹与动叶的干涉及基元级性能非定常性的影响,探究了静叶稠度对转静干涉的影响机制.研究结果表明:当静叶稠度增加时,转子的非定常势干涉在上游静子中的扰动强度增加,但衰减加快,传播范围变短;静叶稠度的改变通过引起静叶尾迹的强弱、尾迹与动叶干涉的频率和动叶通道中的流动状态的变化来改变尾迹干涉的强弱;进而通过尾迹干涉强弱的改变影响基元级性能的非定常性.

Abstract:A numerical simulation on the unsteady flow of turbine element stages with different stator solidity was conducted to investigate the stator solidity influence on the turbine element stage rotor unsteady potential interference,stator wake interference with rotor and the element stage performance unsteadiness and to explore the stator solidity influence mechanism on rotor-stator interaction.The research results show that the rotor unsteady potential interference in upstream stator passages becomes stronger as stator solidity increases,but damps faster and influences more narrowly;the stator solidity change causes the change of wake interference intensity by altering the wake intensity,wake interference frequency and the flow status in rotor passages;then the element stage performance unsteadiness is altered by the change of wake interference intensity.
