干摩擦阻尼块在叶片减振方面的应用与发展

摘    要:利用干摩擦对叶片进行减振是一种简单而有效的方法。在叶片缘板下加摩擦阻尼块是一种应用广泛的减振方式 ,近二十多年来 ,许多研究人员在这一领域做了大量的理论、实验研究 ,应用多种非线性分析方法求解带阻尼块叶片的响应特点 ,为阻尼块的最优设计提供了一定的理论依据。本文将从结构模型简化、非线性分析方法、阻尼块优化设计等几个方面加以综述以介绍该领域目前的发展状况 ,试图阐述常用的各种模型及分析方法的优缺点 ,并提出该领域内值得进一步研究的几个问题。

Abstract:Utilization of dry friction has been recognized to be an effective and simple means to increase the damping level and reduce blade vibratory stresses of the bladed disk system.The platform damper is a kind of such application.During the last twenty years,a great deal of researchers has been working on structural models for the blade/friction damper system and the nonlinear analytical methodology to predict the dynamic behaviors of the frictionally constrained blade system.In result certain theoretical principles have been provided for designing the platform damper.This paper reviews recent works in three aspects:simplified structure models,nonlinear analytical approach and damper design optimization.The authors make attempts to indicate the advantages and constraints of the models and methods in common use and present the problems worthy to research in the future.
