摘    要:为了适应某发动机改型设计的要求,将其高压Ⅰ级涡轮转子叶片及改型叶片在原型机设计状态和改型机设计状态进行了冷却效果对比试验,录取了改型设计所必需的数据。 试验是在高温涡轮叶片冷却效果试验台上进行的。由于原型机设计状态和第一种改型设计状态的折合参数较高,而试验台提供的参数有限,故采用通常使用的实验关系式法。

Abstract:Blade cooling characteristics under various design conditions were obtained from the turbine blade cooling effectiveness experiments of a given aeroengine and its two modifications. The results obtained provide useful data for air-cooled blade design. Structure and testing approach of the blades are also described.Experimental results are also analysed. The analysis demonstrates that the testing technique is aviable, the experimental data are amenable and satisfactory for air-cooled blade design.
