充气机翼承载能力和气动特性分析

摘    要:应用结构力学和材料力学的相关理论分析了一种充气机翼的承载能力,基于充气机翼特性和工程要求分析,确定了充气机翼失效的条件,建立了充气机翼弯曲变形的力学模型,并通过试验验证了该模型的合理性;然后,利用FLUENT 6.3对该种充气机翼翼型进行了气动特性仿真分析,并与相应的标准翼型进行了对比.最后,将三维充气机翼的气动载荷仿真数据导入Patran,对充气机翼在飞行状态下的应力和变形进行了有限元分析.

Abstract:The approaches of mechanics of materials and structural mechanics were applied to analyze the bearing capacity of an inflatable wing. The criterions of failure were established on the base of engineering requirements and characteristics of inflatable structure. A mechanical model was presented and was proved reasonable by a test. Aerodynamic performance simulation analysis was made for the inflatable wing design cross-section using FLUENT 6.3, and was compared with the ideal airfoil.Then, the simulated aerodynamic load on the inflatable wing in flying was introduced into Patran, and stress and deformation was analyzed by infinite element method deformation.
