微小圆管内煤油流动研究

摘    要:通过实验研究了RP-3航空煤油在微小圆管内的流动情况.分别研究了内径为1.0,0.8 mm和0.5 mm的微小圆管中的流动压降和摩擦阻力系数.实验结果表明:摩擦阻力系数(层流损失系数)随雷诺数的增加而减小,而且微小圆管内的摩擦阻力系数比常规尺寸圆管中摩擦阻力系数小;微小圆管中从层流转变成湍流的临界雷诺数也远小于常规尺寸圆管中的临界雷诺数2 300.此外,进、出口压差随雷诺数的增大而增大;相同雷诺数、相同管长的情况下,管内径越大,进、出口压差越小;管内径越小,进、出口压差越大.

Abstract:Experiments were made to investigate the flow pressure drop and the friction coefficient of the kerosene(RP-3) in micro tube.The result shows that the friction coefficient decreases with the increasing Reynolds number,and the friction coefficient in micro tube is smaller than in traditional channels;the critical Reynolds number of flow from laminar to turbulent in the small tube is much smaller than 2300 in conventional ducts.In addition,the pressure drop increases with the increase of Reynolds number;under the same Reynolds number and same tube length,the bigger tube inner diameter means the smaller pressure drop between the inlet and outlet;the smaller tube inner diameter means the bigger pressure drop between the inlet and outlet.
