摘    要:本文提出一种简便易行的用声测原理实现在发动机多层包容、高噪音的恶劣测量条件下,测量齿轮行波共振转速及动频的机外检测方法。该方法有较高测量精度,并且使用简便。

Abstract:A simple and convenient method is proposed to measure the travelling wave resonance speeds and dynamic frequencies of bevel gear. It is based on the non-contact acoustic detection through several envelopes of engine at high level of background noise. The experimental results indicate that the method is very easy to operate and its measuring accuracy is quite high.
