转子热弯曲振动试验研究

摘    要:模仿某型发动机涡轮转子,研制了悬臂式热弯曲振动试验器,进行了热弯曲温度场测量、热弯曲变形试验、热弯曲振动响应试验,试验结果与采用传递矩阵法计算热弯曲振动响应相比较,理论值与实验值吻合较好。通过试验验证了热弯曲振动计算方法

Abstract:In order to investigate the vibrational response of a turbine rotor with thermal bow,a test rig simulating the rotor was set up,on which the temperature field and the thermal deformation of the rotor were measured.The critical speed of the rotor and response to the thermal bow were investigated.The experimental data are in good agreement with results caculated by means of the transfer-matrix method.
