叶片质量矩优化排序中遗传算法的应用

摘    要:针对某型发动机压气机转子,考虑叶片质量矩和初始不平衡量,采用遗传算法,对叶片进行优化排序以达到减少转子不平衡量的目的.经过对10余台发动机转子叶片质量矩优化排序验证,结果表明:整个转子的不平衡量大大减小,该方法可在实际发动机转子动平衡中推广应用.

Abstract:A method to reduce turbojet engine vibration was introduced by optimizing initial arrangement order of blades.This method gave an optimal blade arrangement sequence to obtain least unbalance volume.Based on this GA(genetic algorithm) scheme,the experience for fan blades show that it provides much better results than those given from both the simple pair method and common experience method,and therefore should be adopted to balance the engine rotor.
