| 摘 要： | 研制了由计算机控制的磁记忆自动扫描装置，该装置在金属磁记忆检测中起到非常重要的作用。磁记忆扫描装置由硬件和控制软件组成，硬件部分包括步进电机、控制卡及驱动、高斯计和扫描嚣，扫描装置执行机构由步进电机驱动，可对同一工件进行多种方式的扫描；控制软件采用面向对象编程语言VB编制．为用户提供了可视化控制界面，方便用户控制硬件并对扫描结果进行分析。

| Abstract: | computer controlled magnetic memory scanning device has been developed. The device plays an important role in the metal magnetic memory detection. The scanning device consists of hardware and control software. The hardware includes stepping motor,control drive board, Gauss meter and scanner. The stepping motors drive the execution unit of the device,which will facilitate scanning the same work piece in several modes, The control software is programmed with the object oriented language-VB and provides the user with a visible control interface so that users operate the hardware and analyze the scanning results easily. |
