寿命无极限：飞机寿命管理新理念

Ultimate Service Life:New Concept for Aircraft Life Management

The topic of aircraft life management has always been the contradiction between flight safety and economic operation; and this conflict has been a global problem. Through the research and application of the term of life, aircraft life theory and ICMS technology, a new theory featured by ＇ultimate service life＇ （L =X） is raised. Life is determined by means of usage rather than defied; and this casts doubts on the term of ＇aging aircraft＇. Three factors are mentioned for the recognition of whether the aircraft has entered into the phase of aging and expiration. To estimate the life of aircraft jointly through the examination of technical and economic indicator is new phenomenon for modern aircraft design, manufacture and maintenance, meanwhile new challenge in the aspect of repair management. New concept and new technology introduce and promote technical revolution of recognition of aircraft life, life extension and life management. To keep pace with the times and update traditional aircraft life theory, pay attention to the application of new technique and keep right of speech is the problem faced by the administrators.
