基于不完备知识的飞机发动机故障诊断研究

摘    要:飞机发动机故障诊断需要厂家提供的诊断知识和不断积累的专家实践经验,具有不完备性。基于粗糙集理论,研究了一种从不完备诊断信息中获取诊断知识的方法。该方法将厂家提供的飞机发动机故障诊断知识和专家实践经验形成统一的诊断信息表,利用粗糙集的知识约简方法处理,获得一致的诊断规则,为飞机数字化维修技术的实现提供了保障。实例分析结果验证了所提出方法的有效性和优越性.

Abstract:The fault diagnosis of aeroengine requires not only diagnosis knowledge from the manufacturer,but also the continuously cumulated expert practical experience,thus its information is incomplete. In this paper,a method on acquiring diagnosis knowledge from incomplete information based on Rough Sets theory is studied. A diagnosis information system is formed by combining aeroengine diagnosis knowledge and expert practical experience, accordant diagnosis rules are acquired by reduction operation, and the realization of digital maintenance technology for aircraft is ensured. The result from analysis of examples shows that this method is effective and advantageous.
