| 摘 要： | 根据快递企业自身实力提出了不同的运作模式。网上运输交易场可以解决快速服务供求方无实时沟通中介及信息技术发展不平衡的问题。它为快速服务供求方提供了虚拟的运输行业环境，大大提高了供应链的运作能力。对于中大型的快递企业则设计了科学的现代化物流配送模型，并以较为详尽的实例说明快递公司如何为配送需求方提供解决方案。

| Abstract: | Different operation models are discussed in accordance with various express corpo-rations.Online transportation exchange could settle following problems :lack of mutual commu -nication between both sides of supply and demand,unbalance of IT technology development.The exchange pro vides a virtual transportation environment ,greatly enhancing the operation of supply chain.For large ex press corporations we designed a scientific modernized distribution model and exemplified it. |
