摘    要:为了满足烹饪机器人菜肴开发的需要,开辟烹饪机器人复现厨师操作知识的新途径。提出了基于模糊控制菜肴编译算法的新方法,对不同操作参数下烹饪机器人完成的菜肴进行评分,编译完成一个接近最优的菜肴工艺文件。解决了烹饪机器人烹饪工艺数字化、最优化问题。实验表明:该编译算法可逼近烹饪工艺的最优参数,能满足中式菜肴烹饪工艺标准化的需求。

Study on Compiler Algorithm for AIC Robot Based on Fuzzy Control

Abstract:In order to deal with the requirements of cuisine design for cooking robot, we inaugurated a new avenue which connect cooking robot with chef's operation knowledge. It is a new method of dishes complier algorithm based on fuzzy control theory, it used the scores which were generated by different operating parameters of cooking robot to compiled and generated a optimum file of cooking technics. Dishes compiler algorithm solves the problem of digitization and optimization of cooking technics for cooking robot. Great deals of experiments show that this method can approach the optimum parameters of cooking technics and satisfy the requirements of standardization of Chinese cooking technics.
