| 摘 要： | 简要介绍空中交通管制人员测评领域的研究现状,提出对空中交通管制人员的选拔、工作绩效评估体系的看法。指出空中交通管制员从业资格测评应包含8项测评项目,在职空中交通管制员专业素质评估系统应包含9项测评项目,并对这些测评项目进行简要说明。

| Abstract: | It gives a brief introduction of the current researching situation of the controllers testing system, expresses a view on how to pick up among others the personal in question, and his opinion on the efficiency of the system. A proposal is also included of 8 items to be assessed to justify controllers' qualification and 9 for the same for those who in the stuffs. A briefing of those items is attached for a reference. |
