在专业人才培养上的一个新尝试

本文就改革原教学模式,走继续工程教育和企校挂钩联合办学的道路,突出教学为生产服务的原则,尝试了一种新的办学方式,即:继续工程教育“4 1”和联合办学的“3 1”模式,进行了简明扼要的论述。

A New Attempt to Train Students

In this paper a new way for running schools is suggested. This new way in- tends to reform the original teaching patterns, place great stress on continuing engineering education and the running of schools with joint efforts of relevant enterprises. It also in- tends to make it prominent that teaching directly serves production. The suggested new patterns are "4 1" of continuing engineering education and "3 1" of joint running, to which the author has given a brief and explicit explanation.
