基于NACA3505翼型叶片的CFD研究

摘    要:轴流风机作为空冷发电机的重要部件,直接影响到发电机的冷却效果,进而影响到发电机的稳定运行和效率。在满足某型号风机原有设计要求的条件下,通过NACA3505翼型,设计新的空间扭曲叶片模型,并对整个轴流风机进行全流道数值模拟计算。计算结果与原型叶片进行比较,经过分析表明,相对原型叶片,叶片背面的压力分布较为合理,涡流附面层较薄,涡流脱离强度减小,叶片前缘端没有出现大的涡流,后缘亦未出现涡流.不仅提高了全压效率,而且扭矩减小,风机的耗功率低:

Abstract:Axial-flow fan is an important component of air-cooled generator. It directly affects the generator's cooling effect, and further affects the stability of operation and efficiency of the generator. This paper design a model of new space twisted blade using NACA3505 airfoil that satisfies certain conditions of the particular model. The fan uses the numerical simulation of the whole flow passage. The result showed that the pressure in the back of the new blade is more reasonable to compare with the prototype blade, h proved that the boundary layer of eddy is becoming thinner and the strength of separation becomes weaker. That is not apparent larger eddy current in the blade leading edge and trailing edge. The results not only improve the total pressure efficiency, but also reduced torque, and reduced the consumption of fan.
