首都机场终端区多进港队列排序优化策略与仿真

摘    要:在现行可用空域中,通过流量管理策略与进港航班队列优化相结合可提高机场运行容量。以终端区航路航线间隔和扇区容量为约束,通过合理分配机场终端区边界的进港口流量.以总进场排队等待时间最短为目标,提出了协同调配流量和机动分流两种新策略,达到提高机场运行效率的目的。以首都机场为例,利用计算机仿真验证,结果表明:与现状运行相比较采用的优化策略排队进场可使进场延误和等待时间减少,并使离场正常率提高8%左右。

Abstract:In current available airspace system, arrival/departure sequence optimization combined with flow managment as a feasible method has been applied to enhance airport operating capacity. Given the constraint of terminal route seperation and sector capacity, aimed at minimizing the total arrival sequence waiting time, an approach for optimization of arrival sequence in airport terminal area through effective shunting entry flow is proposed for the first time, which leads to more efficient utilization of existing runway capacity. Then Beijing capital international airport operational simulation is illustrated, by the way of computer simulation,the feasibility of these two kinds of strategies was demonstrated by the simulation results that the the arrival delay and waiting time both can be declined,and the departure flight regularity is improved about 8 percents.
