摘    要:在“保安全、讲效益”的民航大环境下,飞机的故障诊断及故障排除至关重要,因此建立一套科学的排故分析方案,保证故障处理得更快、更准显得十分必要。飞机在完成航班运营后的短停和航后期间通常会有多个故障待排除,此时为了优化机务维修人员排故流程,提高排故效率,首次提出在故障诊断过程中采用基于TSM的多故障等级一原因综合分析排故方法。该方法通过建立加权概率模型对故障的可能原因和危险等级两因素综合分析.由计算得出的综合指数快速判断出故障源。将该方法应用于某航空公司的实际排故工作中,通过实例验证该法的引入能快速判断故障源,确定排故方案,达到优化排故的目的。

Abstract:The fault diagnosis and troubleshooting about aircrafts are very important both to the safety and benefit of civil aviation industry, therefore establishing a reasonable analysis method to handle the faults faster and more accurately is necessary . Usually, there are many faults need to be handled after the completion of the flights. In order to optimize the procedures of the aircraft maintenance troubleshooting and improve the staff efficiency, a new comprehensive analysis method about risk rating and possible causes of troubleshoot which is based on the fault isolation manual during the aircraft fault diagnosis is proposed firstly in this paper. This method analyze the both of possible causes and risk rating of the fault by the model of weighted probability, then determine the source of the problem by the composite index which is calculated by the model. This method was practicality used in the fault diagnosis of a airline. The source of the fault can be determined quickly, and reach the optimization purposes, through the verification of the method.
