飞机空调系统热利用的分析及其仿真研究

摘    要:研究给出了一种应用于飞机空调系统热利用计算的新方法,区别于传统热力学第一定律的能量分析方法,以热力学第二定律为基础,运用分析法对飞机空调系统进行热计算。以某型民航飞机为例,建立其空调系统模型,并按照设定的飞行任务的飞行参数实时模拟飞机空调系统热利用情况。在上述基础上,由系统最小减原理,仿真计算空调系统冲压空气进气调节板的开度变化,达到优化飞机空调系统热利用的目的。本研究表明,最小分析法对飞机复杂空调控制系统的热力学综合设计具有重要指导意义;将仿真技术应用于民航机热利用系统设计中,对系统的优化计算具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:A new method in the research and design of aircraft′s air conditioning system is presented,which is different from the traditional energy-based approach.The exergy analysis method of the second thermodynamics law is used in the thermal utilization area of the aircraft′s air conditioning system.Take a civil airplane for example,its air conditioning model is build,and its thermal utilization is simulated according to the flight data in a flight mission.According to the principle of minimum exergy destroyed,the simulation of the ram air inlet adjustment door′s opening setting is performed,and the air conditioning′s thermal utilization is optimized.This research shows the principle of minimum exergy destroyed is of great practical significance to the airplane complicated air conditioning′s integrated design;and the simulation method is valuable to the system design.
