飞行状态数据的有效性检查

摘    要:EMD(发动机状态监控和故障诊断)系统应用于MD-82飞机上的JT8D-217发动机时,由于人工记录和人工键入飞行数据造成飞行数据存在严重的质量问题,给发动机的趋势分析和故障诊断带来很大的困难。本文介绍了ECMI对飞行状态参数进行有效性检查的方法,提出了采用主因子模型对发动机进行故障诊断时,用来识别是飞行状态数据的质量问题,还是发动机指示系统故障的判别准。则强调了记录飞行数据应达到的条件及数据质量的指标。所有这些对提高趋势分析和故障诊断的成功率都取得了很好的结果

Abstract:The quality of flight condition data is important for more accurate engine trend analysis and fault diagnosis. When EMD (engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis) system is applied to MD-82/JT8D-217, flight condition data have serious qualitative problems due to manually recording and keyboarding the flight data and it becomes difficult to conduct engine trend analysis and fault diagnosis. This paper presents a method of validationchecking of ECMII and the rules for identifying whether it is a problem of the flight condition quality or one of the fault of the engine indication system when the primary factor model is applied to the diagnosis of an engine fault. It puts emphasis on the requirements of flight data collection and defines the quality level of data recorded. All of these have been proved to be successful in improving engine trend analysis and fault diagnosis.
