| 摘 要： | 由计算机控制的飞机气动附件试验台主要用于飞机气动附件性能的检测．试验台可分为测试系统和控制系统两大部分，实现对飞机气动附件空气流量、压力、电流、电压、时间、角度、位移和负载电阻等常见项目的自动测量，测试数据由计算机自动分析处理。其结果由计算机输出打印并自动保存在数据库中。该试验台采用计算机控制PLC（可编程控制器）的控制方式，测试软件采用模块化、递进式结构设计，以组态王软件做为平台开发。通过分析总结CMM手册（飞机气动附件维修手册），将附件测试流程程序化。利用数据库技术，把测试流程中所涉及到的相关参数存储于数据库中。在测试飞机气动附件时．从数据库中调出给定附件的相关测试参数，并赋给测试软件中的变量，计算机就可自动完成对飞机气动附件的测试。
