| 摘 要： | 航班调度应急管理是针对频发、突发事件的管理方法,它以提高顾客利益与航空公司利益的综合效应为目标,涵盖了制定航班计划到执行计划的整个过程.本文就航班调度应急管理的两种方法：鲁棒调度与受扰恢复策略,论述了两者的研究重点、数学模型和算法.

| Abstract: | The disruption management for air-controlling operation is a kind of management method,meant to cope with events that might frequently occur,and aimed at enhancing the comprehensive benefit for both customers and airlines themselves which is embodied throughout the entire procedure from air flights scheduling to its implementation. This paper explains two kinds of technique method for the disruption management of the air controlling,ie. Robust Scheduling and disruption recovering tactics,elaborates what is the research focuses on the two methods and the relevant mathematic models and algorithm. |
