摘    要:飞机排班是影响航空公司运营成本的一个重要因素,对飞机进行合理排班,既可以最大化地提高飞机的利用率又可以减少航班的延误。首先简略介绍了国外的一些关于飞机排班问题(FSP)的研究方法,并给出关于飞机排班问题的经典模型;其次,在此基础上提出了基于延误概率的鲁棒性飞机排班问题的模型;最后,根据一个航空公司的数据,利用Grover算法的改进算法计算出模型的结果。分析结果表明了该模型及其算法的可行性以及决策的鲁棒性。

Abstract:The fleet scheduling is an important factor affecting the airline's operation costs. Assigning the fleet reasonably can not only increase the utilization of the aircraft but also reduce the flight delays. In this paper, we first give the researches about the fleet scheduling problem (FSP) in abroad and propose classical model of the problem of the fleet scheduling .Then on the base of the above, a robust mathematical model for the fleet scheduling problem is put forward. The last, according to the data provided by an airline, the computational experiment performed with the improved Grover's algorithm shows that the effectiveness of the proposed model and improve the robustness of the decision.
