摘    要:针对国内民用飞机航班延误/取消率、故障率高等问题,采用统计分析方法与趋势预测技术,给出了系统的功能结构和监控流程,并对系统信息的采集与处理进行了规范。最后开发了一套全新的、符合中国国情的飞机可靠性监控系统。试运行结果表明。该系统可使航空公司的运营成本降低15%~20%,事故发生率减少10%~15%。

Abstract:Due to high flight delay/cancellation rate and fauh rate of domestic civil aircrafts, the authors employed statistical analysis method and trend prediction technology,presented system function structure and monitoring procedure, and standardize information collection and processing,finally developed a set of new aircraft reliability monitoring system which accord with the situation of China. The result shows that it lessens 15%-20% operation cost of users such as airlines and 10%-15% rate of events occurrence.
