摘    要:运用定性和定量的分析方法,系统地探讨了收益管理的演变发展和基本理论,对收益管理在中国航空公司中的应用进行了实证调查。据此提出了完善中国航空公司收益管理系统的建议:航空公司收益管理应注重以人为本,只有让员工满意和员工忠诚,才能最终获得顾客满意和顾客忠诚,真正实现公司收益的长远化与最大化。

Abstract:This article systematically explores the development and basic theory of revenue management,and makes a fact-finding investigation into the application of the revenue management in Chinese airlines by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis.On the basis of this,the author puts forward suggestions for the improvment of the revenue management system in Chinese airlines.The revenue management in airlines should be based on serving the people.Only by satisfying your staff and winning their loyalty can you eventually win your customers' satisfaction and loyalty,and maximize your revenue for a long period of time.
