Abstract:This paper presents a method of determining the traces of the Se element in the human hair with the WFX-1E2 atomic absorption spectroscope coordinated by the WHG-102A flow-injecting hydride generator. The experimental results demonstrated that the date obtained by absorption plateau signals of Se traces are more reliable and steadier than that obtained by absorption peak signals.
