民用喷气发动机排故通用思想及其应用

摘    要:由喷气发动机的共性入手,通过简化物理模型,导出了发动机正常工作的流量连续、燃油控制、稳态恒速、热功平衡四大特征;分析了故障产生的直接因素和控制因素,提出了先以故障现象排查直接因素、再以四大特征分析控制因素、结合检查测试、最终确认故障的通用思想.并总结了各类故障的分析、检查方法,为维修人员理解故障的物理本质和内在联系、灵活运用各种排故检查工具、应对层出不穷表现各异的故障提供了系统的解决方案。

Abstract:Four basic characteristics of civil jet engine steady operations is derived from a common,simplified physical model,i.e.,fuel flowing continuity,fuel quantity controlling,constant speed of steady state,and heat-power balancing.All factors leading to faults can be classified into two categories:direct factors and factors controllable. It is the general thought that at first direct factors should be checked up according to the faults' phenomenon;then factors controllable are checked up in comparison with the four basic characteristics;finally the faults are defined through final testing and checking up,and that in summary of the means and ways of solving fault problems,the troubleshooters shall have a command of means and ways to cope with numerous,variant faults and map out plans to get rid of them with the correct use of tools and instruments.
