| 摘 要： | 综合评述国内外研制的几种快速制备工艺:快速定向流动CVI工艺、压力强制流CVI工艺、复合感应加热热梯度CVI工艺、液相气化CVI工艺和直热CVI工艺等,阐述了其快速制备炭/炭复合材料的工艺原理和主要研究成果,并分析了目前炭/炭复合材料快速制备工艺研究中存在的问题及发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Several rapid fabrication techniques such as rapid directional diffused CVI,forced flow thermal gradient CVI, inductively-heated thermal gradient CVI,chemical liquid-vaporized infiltration,electrified preform heating CVI are introduced.The schematic diagrams,process fundamental principles and main research results of these techniques are outlined.The problems remained in the research of the rapid fabrication process are discussed.The future prospects of rapid fabrication techniques are analyzed. |
