汽车凸轮轴摩擦焊接、热处理及其组织性能

摘    要:45钢同种金属凸轮和轴体由摩擦焊实现连接。对焊接头的组织与性能进行了实验分析和研究;进而研究了热锻的凸轮轴强韧性损伤的机理;阐述了摩擦焊接的优越性及接头形成机制,并提供了摩擦焊接头较佳的焊接和热处理参数。

Abstract:Compatible metallic cam and shaft made form 45 were connected by friction welding.The microstructure and properties in welded joint were analyzed and researched.Together with the reason of lower strength and fracture toughness were investigated to cam shaft made by heat forging.The excellences of the friction welding and joint formation were illustrated.The optimal welding and heat treatment parameters were afforded for friction welded joint.
