摘    要:航空薄壁回转体零件由于自身结构的特殊性,使得残余应力对其变形和精度稳定性有着很大的影响.采用热弹塑性有限元模型对薄壁回转体铝合金零件的热处理过程进行建模和仿真,运用有限元软件,对2A12铝合金薄壁回转体零件热处理过程瞬态温度场和应力场进行模拟,分析了热处理各个阶段的应力分布形态,并进行实验验证,数值模拟得到的残余应力值与实验结果基本一致.

Modeling and Simulation of Residual Stress for Heat Treatment of Thin-walled Rotary Parts
Abstract:Due to the unique structure of thin-walled rotary parts, it makes the residual stress has a great impact on its deformation and stability of accuracy. The thermal elastic-plastic finite element model was used to model and simulate heat treatment process of thin-walled rotary aluminum alloy parts. The finite element software was used to simulate the transient temperature field and stress field of heat treatment process of the 2A12 thin-walled rotary aluminum alloy parts. The stress distributing shapes in all phases of heat treatment were analyzed and experimental validated. The residual stress values obtained by numerical simulation were basically consistent with the experimental results.
