| 摘 要： | 研究了一种中温固化、耐热性能良好的导热绝缘胶粘剂。通过对环氧树脂的改性,使胶粘剂具有较高的耐热性能和胶接性能,通过对填料和固化体系的选择使得胶粘剂具有了良好的导热性能和电性能。

| Abstract: | A heat conductive insulation adhesive with good heat resistance by medium temperature solidification was developed. The higher performances of heat resistance and bonding are realized by modifying epoxy resin. The adhesive has good heat conductivity and electric properties due to the proper selections of f illing materials and solidification system. |
