摘    要:对薄壁圆筒形对接零件圆周焊缝热影响区凹陷变形产生的原因进行了分析,并就由此而对筒体质量产生的影响进行了讨论,提出了限制热影响区凹陷变形应采取的工艺措施并进行了试验验证,结果表明这些工艺措施能够将凹陷变形限制在合格的范围之内.

Research on Technology Method for Solving Sunken Deformation in Circumference Welding of Barrel Part in Heating Area
Abstract:The reason of generation of sunken deformation in circumference welding of thin wall barrel-shape joining parts in heating area was analyzed. The influence of barrel quality was discussed. The technology methods were used to constrain sunken deformation in heating area and the experiment confirmation was made. The results showed that the technology methods could constrain sunken deformation in qualified area.
