摘    要:以某航空发动机叶片为研究对象,结合叶片的曲面特征,使用三坐标测量机逆向工程采集点云数据;提出了适合于叶片曲面的最小二乘滤波降噪算法,应用滤波算法对点云数据进行降噪处理,并使用ImageWare软件完成数据的曲线曲面重构;最后从曲面质量和拟合精度两方面,分析和评价了叶片逆向工程的精度可靠性。

Research on Reverse Engineering Method of Aeroengine Blade

Abstract:Taking an aeroengine blade as the research object, combined with the surface characteristics of the blade, the point cloud data are collected by using the CMM reverse engineering. The least square filtering denoising algorithm suitable for the blade surface was proposed, the filtering algorithm was applied to denoise the point cloud data, and the curve and surface reconstruction of the data was completed by using Imageware software. The surface quality and fitting accuracy were analyzed in two aspects, the accuracy and reliability of blade reverse engineering were analyzed and evaluated.
