摘    要:首次对30Cr_3SiNiMoVA马氏体低合金超高强度钢的焊接性能进行了试验研究,探索出了适用于该钢自动钨极氩弧焊焊接的工艺流程和工艺规范参数,制定出了焊前、焊接和焊后等全过程的焊接质量保证措施,并成功的应用于由该钢制成的某型号动力舱段壳体的焊接加工。

Abstract:The weldability for ultra-high-strength steel 30Cr_3SiNiMoVA austenitic alloy was researched.The technical process and technical parameters were discussed on using to automatic tungsten electrode argon are welding.The quality assurance methods for welding process were made and used on a dynamical cabin shell.
