| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高强度螺栓性能要求的论述,分析了40CrNiMoA高强度合金结构钢螺栓断裂现象,阐述了40CrNiMoA钢的性能、特点和热处理机理,强调了金属材料的成分、组织结构及力学性能是影响金属材料获得优良综合机械性能的根本因素,同时对底座螺栓提出了相应的解决措施,为优化结构设计提供重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The fracture phenomenon of 40CrNiMoA high strength alloy structure steel bolt according to fracture and heat treatment mechanism of 40CrNiMoA steel by the requirements for high strength bolt fracture were analyzed.The metal ma terial composition,structure and mechanical fracture are main factors that affe ct metal material mechanical performance.Relative measures to base bolt are pre sented as important conference for structure optimization design. |
