摘    要:近期对00Ni18%高强度马氏体沉淀硬化时效钢的焊接性能进行了试验研究,探索出了适用于该钢薄壁旋压筒体自动钨极氩弧焊的焊接工艺规范,同时对比、分析了不同的热处理工艺对该钢氩弧焊接头力学性能和显微组织的影响.结果表明:在相同的焊接规范参数下,固溶+焊接+固溶+时效后焊缝及热影响区已有了一定的细晶粒,组织中含有大量的金属间化合物沉淀强化质点,焊接接头及母材都呈现出了高强度和高韧性相搭配的优异性能.

Research on Argon Arc Welding Technique of Austenitic Aged Steel 0018Ni
Abstract:The weldability of austenitic aged steel in 0018Ni high strength austenitic deposition rigidification was researched. The welding technical parameters were discussed by using automatic tungsten electrode argon arc welding for thin wall spinning pressure barrel-shape parts. The influences about mechanical properties and microstructure of argon weld joint by different heat treatment techniques were compared and analyzed. The result showed that there were some fine grains included mass intermetallic compound deposition strengthen particle in welding and heating area, weld joints and parent material are excellentwith high strength and toughness.
