激光修锐树脂结合剂砂轮的试验研究

摘    要:使用脉冲YNG激光对树脂结合剂砂轮进行了修锐试验研究,并采用激光三维扫描方法对修锐前后砂轮的表面形貌进行测量.通过考察砂轮磨粒突出高度及有效磨粒数等表面形貌特征,比较了在不同的激光修锐参数下所获得的不同的修锐效果.试验结果表明激光修锐树脂结合剂砂轮是可行的,并指出了进行激光修锐工艺参数优化研究的重要性.

Abstract:In this paper, dressing process experiments are taken on the resinoid bonded wheel with pulse YAGlaser. And then the surface topography characters are measured using 3-D laser scan method . By observingthe height of abrasive particle of the grinding wheel and effective abrasive particle and some other surface topography characters the different result of different laser dressing parameters are compared. It he shown thatthe method is practicable Finally the importance of laser dressing optimizing parameters is discussed
