摘    要:本文提出了随机行距法抑制中高频误差的方法,理论分析了磁流变抛光固定行距法中高频误差的产生机理,通过仿真验证了随机行距法抑制磁流变抛光中高频误差的有效性,最后通过实验验证了该法的正确性。

Abstract:The method of medium-high frequency error rejection was proposed.The generation mechanism of medium-high frequency error by constant transverse step was analyzed.The validity of the medium-high frequency error rejection in magnetorheological polishing by stochastic transverse step method was verified.the correction of the method was validated by experiments.
