| 摘 要： | 利用INVENTOR软件对大型单轴转台进行三维实体建模,根据转台机械结构特点进行分析并结合本文的研究内容,对转台的各结构部件进行了合理的简化,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了转台的有限元模型,对两种转台结构进行了静力计算、模态分析和谐响应分析,对分析结果进行了比较,并提出了两种结构的选用建议。

| Abstract: | Three dimension solid model of large single-axis turntable is built by using software INVENTOR.Under the consideration of mechanical structure characteristics of the turntable and the research concept of the file,the structure components are appropriately simplified.The finite element model of two kinds of turntable structures is established for static,mode,harmonic analysis by using software ANSYS and the selection method of two kinds of axes structures is proposed comparing with three kinds of analysis concepts. |
