基于APDL的薄壁件加工变形补偿方法

摘    要:对如何减小薄壁零件在加工过程中由于弹性变形造成的误差进行了研究,在建立铣削力模型获得各切深下工件所受铣削力数值的基础上,提出了一种基于APDL变形预测的补偿方法。实验证明与直接补偿方法相比,该方法能够较好的解决薄壁件在加工过程中的"让刀"现象,减小加工误差。

Compensation Method based on APDL of Machining Deformation of Thin-wall Parts

Abstract:In order to control the error caused by cutting deformation of the thin-walled parts for aviation industry,a compensation method based on APDL is proposed.Based on experiments the empirical models of cutting force for machined part is established,to obtain the value of the cutting force under different depths of cut in the work piece milling.Compared with the direct compensation method,this method can better reduce the machine errors of the thin-wall parts.
