MF型音圈电机驱动的微进给机构伺服方法研究

摘    要:采用高频响、长行程MF(质量-阻尼)型音圈电机驱动的微进给机构,建立了非圆数控车削系统,分析了MF型音圈电机的数学模型,研究了该类电机的伺服控制方法。提出基于P-D控制的双闭环控制器,增强了系统的抗干扰能力,并采用幅相调整前馈控制及前馈误差补偿技术达到了高精度跟踪的要求。实验结果表明:该方法能够满足非圆数控车削系统高频响、高精度和强鲁棒性的要求。

Abstract:A microfeed mechanism,droved by high frequency and long stoke voi ce coil motor(VCM) with MF type,has been introduced to develop the noncircular cutting system.The mathematic model of the motor is built,and the servo method of linear motor with MF type is researched,which is composed of a double close d-loop controller based on P-D control presented to improve the performance of d isturbance rejection,a magnitude and phase regulating controller and a feedforw ard error compensate scheme proposed to meet the high accuracy requirement.The results of experiment show that the servo method can meet the requirement of non circular cutting system for high frequency,high accuracy and robustness perform ances.
