摘    要:介绍了目前国内外直线电机技术在超精密加工技术中的应用和发展情况,指出直线电机所具有的高动态性能、高精度和免维护的特性是传统旋转电机无可比拟的;在超精密加工中,应用直线电机驱动技术正成为国内外的研究热点和发展趋势.

Abstract:The basic principle and development of linear motor were introduced and analyzed by comparing advantage and disadvantagewith traditional rotary motor. The recent application and development of linear motor used in the ultra -precision machining technology were introduced at home and abroad. It shows that the characteristics of linear motor are unexampled for the traditional rotary motor, such as high dynamics, high accuracy and no maintenance.
