摘    要:首先介绍了滚动接触疲劳的主要失效过程是裂纹在亚表面起始然后扩展到表面最终引起剥落,接着分两类介绍了滚动接触疲劳寿命模型的研究和讨论:一类是基于概率的工程模型,这类模型的代表是Lund是-berg-Palmgren方程、Ioannides-Harris方程、Zaretsky方程等,这些方程均有很强的实用性,在轴承工业中已取得很好的应用;一类是研究模型,这些模型通过接触体材料完整的应力-应变行为的信息,并结合材料的失效模型,用于解释接触疲劳失效过程中的机理。

Abstract:The failure process of rolling contact fatigue was recommended.The fatigue crack originated at subsurface and propagated to the surface, then spalling was occurred. Two types of life models in the past few decades related to rolling contact fatigue had presented. One was engineering model based on probability, such as Lundberg-Palmgren equation, Ioannides-Harris equation, Zaretsky equation and so on. These models were practical and widely used in the bearing industry. Others were research models, which based stress-strain relation of contact body and failure models, to determine the physical mechanisms involved in rolling contact fatigue.
