叶栅试验件数控铣加工及组件装配工艺的改进研究

摘    要:通过对叶栅试验件数控铣加工及组件装配工艺的改进研究,对传统加工工艺及组件装配工艺进行优化,选用三坐标加工中心加工叶片端面及榫头,保证了榫头的一致性;在榫头加工螺纹孔,利用螺栓穿过榫槽将叶片与栅板固定,解决了叶栅试验件组件装配尺寸问题。此方法可大幅减少加工时间,提高零件合格率。

Abstract:Based on cascade test pieces of numerical control milling and component assembly process improvement research, to the traditional processing technology and component assembly process was optimized. Three coordinates processing center processing blade face and tenons were selected to ensure the consistency of tenons. In a joint processing screw thread hole, the use of bolt through the tenon chamfer blade and fixed grid, solve the problem of the cascade test a component assembly size. Research summary of cascade test pieces of numerical control milling and component assembly method, can significantly reduce the processing time, improve the qualification rate of parts.
