| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种工作于三坐标测量机(CMM)上的线结构光三维视觉测头,实现自由曲面的快速检测。建立了系统的几何模型,对测头结构参数进行了优化分析。

| Abstract: | For measuring free form surface, a line structured light based 3D vision probe which works on CMM is proposed. The geometrical model of the probe system is given. A theoretical basis for the optimization of probe structure is presented. |
